Complaint Review: Common Cents

Common Cents I'm NOT convinced that "Common Cents" even has Customer Service... Nor do I believe that this "company" has COMMON SENSE!!!! Prescott Valley, Arizona

I bought both of my children"Common Cents" Phones about a year ago.... I let my Uncle use one due to health issues he was going through causing him to be in & out of the hospital, We were ALWAYS sure to keep phone "Topped Up" But we could NEVER understand what happened to the money that was already on the account when we would add more money to keep the service going.... Common Cents is the ONLY pre paid phone company that I have ever dealt with that makes you add more money on certain dates rather than, When you are almost out of minutes/money etc.... And every time we would add money to the acct...

The remaining balance would just dissapear.... Makes NO Sense!!!!! I think they are a fraudulant company & If you ever would like to talk to "customer service" GOOD LUCK!!!!! I called for 2 hours straight and.... The ONLY service I received was a..... All circuts are busy, Recording. So.... That REALLY makes me think.... Is there even such a thing?!?! Or.... does Common Cents just NOT have.... Common Sense?!?! It is VERY FRUSTRATING and.... Disregarding the past, I thought I'd try them again seeing as how my boys are old enough for a phone but... Not quite old enough for a Verizon acct phone,

A prepaid phone would be the most ideal type of phone for them and seeing as how I already spent money for these 2 Common Cents Phones, It would come in handy for when they're at school.... A friends house.... A Baseball, Football, Hockey Game or, Just out having fun and having a way to "check in" with me and let me know how everything is going. So.... as I'm writing this report I'm on hour 3 pressing redial every other second for that thing they call "Customer Service" And once AGAIN..... Getting that Oh SO VERY sweet message saying "ALL CIRCUTS ARE BUSY"

Give me a break.... Verizon is a HUGE network that deals with millions of customers.... Yet... You can ALWAYS get customer service, Sometimes it may be through an automated voice system BUT..... You STILL get through and NEVER hear the "all circuts are busy at this time" Message. Also conveniently they only have 1 customer service number..... Grrrrrrrr SO FRUSTRATING!!!!! I guess the whole point of this message (as I keep rambling on) Is...... This "phone company" and their Customer SERVICE...... SUCKS!!!!!!!!

I give up on TRYING to get through, I think I could call all day and still NEVER get (The ONE and ONLY thing) That I'm TRYING to get..... Which is..... CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! So..... To all of you Common Cents Customers..... GOOD Luck to you!!!!!! If anyone knows a secret that I am unaware of as to HOW to get ahold of someone at this company..... Would you be so kind as to fill me in so that I'm not throwing 150$ in the trash..... I'm a single mother of 4, So..... Needless to say.... I need to throw that kind of money away, Just about as much as I need a hole in my head!!!!!! Much thanks to this website for letting me vent=) I just find this situation [UTTERLY RIDONKULOUS] Thanks & good luck to all of you going through any kind of Scam.... Ripoff.... Or, Fraudulant schems....
