Complaint Review: Commonwealth Computer Recycling DBA Cybercrunch

I called in to this company asking about recycling my TV, I spoke with a woman named Barb. I explained that I had a old TV that had been collecting dust in my cellar and that I would like to recycle it. I had searched google for recyclers of TV sets in my area and their name popped up. She was very rude and condisending on the phone with me and ask me if I was a business in a very sarcastic voice. I said no I am a home owner. She snapped back with " oh, well we only deal with businesses and we do not currently have any options for you" and hung up, I was about to ask where else she knew of but was hung up on. I then was speaking to a neighbor lady who use to work at this place, she told me they gather computers and other electronics and list them for sale on eBay under a diferent business name. How is this legal? How are they allowed to take things with peoples information on it and sell it on eBay? It is places like this is how these people pray on peoples information.
