Commonwealth Telephone Company, OAN Service fraudulent billing; 198 United Voice Messaging Dallas Pennsylvania
I have noticed for a couple of months now, that I have a charge on my telephone bill under Alternate Operator Service Tolls. The section states: Billing provided by 625 OAN Service, Service provided by 198 United Voice Messaging. This is a $14.01 charge, with no contact number for the company providing the charge, except 000-000-0000. The boxes say this is a United Voice Monthly Fee, but they have no authorization for this charge.

Why you got those charges

Sometimes internet sites can put AOS charges on your bill. I suggest contacting CTCO and they will fix the problem and give you better numbers. They have nothing to do with the charges actually, its almost like you're giving a scam artist the ok to bill you without you knowing it. CTCO will work it out if you call and prevent them from billing you. Does that help?
