Complaint Review: Commonwealth Water - ECO WATER

My wife and I bought a water softner from Commonwealth water in Greencastle PA one yr ago. We have had nothing but problems with it. We cant get service from them and when they finally do come out it still is hard as a rock. Well needless to say we are so fed up with the owner and his business that we went back to our old softner, we should never have left them to begin with. Beware of this company (commonwealth water) they promise all kinds of stuff that is not true. We should have known better. All Commonwealth is interested in is bashing their competition rather than putting out a great product. That is their main goal. Dont let them take advantage of you too. Now we are out all this money since we installed their equipment then had to rip it out and purchase new equip from another company which we have not had a bit of problems with other company. Hmmmm
