Complaint Review: communication centre 2000 ltd

 i fall in scam with communication centre 2000 ltd from UK,samson duke introduced himsel as the general sales manager,i purchase 3 lcd tv samsung and already send him 830 usd the total amount we agrees but he played me by sending me a tracking number from tdservices delivery ltd,when i trace it everything was ok,my items was in transit but the next day he send an email saying they make a mistake coz the items are in south africa,and the final destination i gave him is burkina faso.when i ask i ask him abt the airways bills,he reply saying there is another mistake from them again coz they pack 6 lcd tvs.so i have to pay 830 usd before delivery,we argue abt that i told him that i will not pay any single usd .finaly he said he is going to retour the items to england will not refund my money.
he was very kind with till i transferer the money via WU,he even send me his passport copy to trace him if there is delay or any problem
i think now he blocked fom yahoo coz he is not answering my mail.i want just to prevent people to don't deal with him .he is professional scammer.
i hold his passport copy but i don't what to do with and the money was sent in his name too.
