Complaint Review: Communications Publishing

I sent my $23.90 for the "America's Secret Cash Giveaway". The check was cashed and nothing arrived.I tried to look for their web page but nothing came up.

Yahoo search for their company name and address led me to this web site.

I called 411 and got a phone number 212-340-1038. A voice mail of a man (heavy accent and slow speaking) says that it's the post office's fault and that the post office takes 30 days. He then contradicts himself saying that the book will arrive in 5 days. I called the post office inspections at 626-405-1200 and reported them.

Once you've been targeted in a fraud scheme, your name may be passed along to other con artists, so beware of future solicitations.
