Communications Publishing of New York sent me paperwork in the mail two times offering a book about getting "free" money from Government grants and other sources which they offered for $19.95
plus $3.90 s/h.

The information in both mailings that I received was the same, and the information sounded very useful so I sent them a check for $23.85 which they cashed and after waiting for several weeks I still have not received the items that I paid for.

Their address was 996 Wall Street, P.O. Box 996, New York, New York and both envelopes that I received had a box instead of a stamp that said " Prsrt Std Mail, U.S. Postage PAID, Staten Isl. NY, Permit # 169 ".

The persons name at the end of the letter was Stephen Young and he and Communications Publishing are commiting interstate mail mail fraud. The state of New York should shut them down for what they are doing. The mailing permit should be revoked so they can not sent out any more rip-off mailings to anyone.

I tried to get a phone number by calling 411 and giving the operator their name and address and was told that there was no listing for them and that they did'nt have a phone number.
