Communications Publishing ripoff full money back guarantee: book returned in 60 days, money not returned New York New York
On July 29, 2003 I sent $23.90 for a copy of "America's Secret Cash Givaways". This book did not please me so I returned it on September 25,2003.
The add said "1 Full Year Money-Back Guaranee"
Five months later, I have not received my money back.
