I ordered a book from Stephen Young on how to cash in on grants from the government and was to receive 18 bonus reports with a 1 year money back guarantee. The book was charged to my credit card on October 10, 2003 and I have yet to receive anything. There is no phone number listed on the information I received in the mail, so I have no way of contacting anyone.
