Communications Publishing ripoff - never received information I paid $23.90 for New York New York
I think it's a shame when the state of New York allows this type of behaivor to exist within it's borders. The New York Attorney General should go after Mr. Stephen Young (his name is on the literature I received)and make every attempt to retrieve the people's hard earned money.
This man has robbed people after telling them lies.
