Complaint Review: Communications Publishing

Communications Publishing ,Stephen Young On Nov. 5th 2013 I receive in mail a promotion pamphlet for ordering a book called ; $ Billion Sources Want to Send You Free Cash, total payment of $29.95, which I sent in a check form. It was cashed on Nov.20th 2013. Is more then a month since then and nothing was delivered as expected. The whole thing was bogus and I have been taken for a ride. If this is the case , by using the USPO as a base for this ripoff operation, it should be investigated at the federal level and made a class action case. Please help! On Nov.5th, 2013 after what I receive a promotional letter from Communications Publishing , signed by Stephen Young regarding his book called ; $BILLION SOURCES WANT TO SEND YOU CASH, I did mailed him the "guaranteed money back" cupon with a check for $29.95, which was cashed two weeks later.

It's been more the a month since then and nothing shows up, so I became a bit suspicious about this "publisher" and found out that actually is an old ripoff scheme, unfortunatelly.  This Stephen Young, maight be a fictitious name for this specific ripoff opperation, but using the United States Post Office as a venue for this opperation, it should be looked at by the federal authorities in New York City , as who is responsible for using their facility and the mailing service all over the country, should be tracked down and stoped.

I also recall, that a similar "Publisher" with a Wall Street address had a similar operation a few years back with a similar result, but this time I would like to get to the bottom of this if possible. The red flags were there again, no real address, no customer service contact, no web address or anything else, so that alone should be a universal red flag for anyone considering any solicitation like this. This ripoff is definitely a federal offence in my view. As far as I go, I learned my lesson well.

It's time to stop this once and for all and put this trash , where it belongs.
