Communications Publishing - Stephen Young ripoff Paid Money & Didn't receive product New York New York
I ordered their books on October 9, 2003. The check for $ 23.90 was cashed on October 20, 2003.
I have not received their books, and being that they have no web address, e-mail address, or phone number. It is extremely difficult to get a response.
When you order a product, you expect to get it within a certain amount of time or ever for that matter.
Should have known this company was a complete rip off, they say things that are too good to be true probably are. In their case, it is.
You pay money to a company that you think you trust, and what do you get? A RIP OFF! COMMUNICATIONS PUBLISHING IS A RIP OFF!!!

I wrote them a letter giving them 5-10 business days to send me my product. When you pay for a product, you expect to get it within a certain amount of time. I said you either send me my books by December 1, 2003, or I want my refund. Just today, I GOT MY BOOKS.
I told them that I will keep writing them letters until I get this matter resolved. It worked for me!
Writing them a letter worked for me, but it might not work for everyone. But it doesn't hurt to try! Be firm & that will USUALLY get you what you want. Just write to their New York Address, this might not work as I said but it gives you a better chance.
Its nice to know there is things you can do!!
