This company clearly is in violation of state law, charging some customers one price and others another. They use the excuse that they, the reseller of the item is taking away from the community in which they ( Community Aid) serves. My complaint is at the highest level of the greedyness that one would go to to infringe on my right to do whatever I so ever want with a purchase. I am appalled, feel extremely violated against and feel this stores policy needs immediate action to stop further discrimination..

Anytime you charge one price to one group and another price to someone else Is against the law. And Is discriminatory to the public. Where there could be a misunderstanding because this doesn't involve race, creed, color etc..it violates the law of fair pricing . The law is clear that the price has to be available to everyone. For instance...the grocery store trade had come up with these silly cards that if you joined as a member you got special store pricing on certain items when you swiped your card. The State Attorney General found them to be in the same category as this. Not charging the same price to everyone therefore the grocery stores have done away with this practice. You could put up a sign saying if you have freckles you dont get the same price..but its still discrimination..anyway you look at it..

Ken

Colorado,

The signs you posted here have NOTHING to do with "DISCRIMINATION"

"Discriminatory Policy regarding Charging Different Prices to Some Customers."

What minority group do resllers and dealers belong to?  Is this a new class we haven't heard of yet?

These are simply their terms of sale and YOU don't have to buy there.  How ridiculous can you get?

BTW, what specific state law(s) are they violating?  If your interpretation correct, giving a senior discount would be considered discrimination. Also snyone giving a military customer a discount would also discriminate against others.

Boy your interpretation will certainly change business practices.  Oh, wait, you're NOT right are you?
