I signed up with this "so-called" fundraising company almost two years ago. They called me at least ten times (sometimes twice a day) trying to get a hold of me or one of my staff. When "Melvin" finally reached me I at least heard him out. They promised to double the money I was getting from one of their competitors. Their pitch was slick and I ended up falling for it. I even sent them all my old posters. That was over a year and a half ago, and still have not received any money from them. Not a single penny They are a SCAM.

My rep disappeared a month after he signed me up. I have had to speak to so many different people I have stopped trying. They have had 3 managers I have spoke to since this whole ordeal started. Why? Why can't they keep any employees? Probably because they know they are a scam and feel dirty taking money from students.

I have spoke to local businesses that have signed up with them and Community All-Stars is telling them that they my school gets 50% of the money raised. Bull-crap. They keep it all. I makes me furious that they will stoop to the level of lying to supporters of our program to steal money from them.

I have tried to cancel my contract TWICE with them and they keep telling me I can't?!?! They sent me posters so late that my season was already over. What good are they to me then? They end up going straight into the trash. Don't believe their promises. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY MONEY FROM COMMUNITY ALLSTARS!!!

100% FALSE!! This was done by an extremely immoral and unethical competitor! DO NOT BELIEVE THIS. Please read for proof this is 100% FALSE and FAKE.

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, August 03, 2012

This is a blatantly false report and is a completely untrue. My name is Michael Eisen and I am the founder and CEO of Community All-Stars. I will make this as quick as possible. First off, our company is directly contracted by hundreds of high schools nation-wide...  Our reputation is excellent and we are an accredited business with an "A" grade by the Better Business Bureau. To learn more about our business please visit our website at www.CommunityAllStars.com. Please also view our video testimonials from high school principals praising our service at this page https://www.communityallstars.com/schools. We provide nothing but an excellent service and that is very well known within our industry.

This false report was filed by an extremely unethical and immoral competitor. Currently he and his company are being sued by several other businesses within our industry as well as high schools. The competitor who wrote this report has a long criminal history and has also been convicted of fraud in other cases regarding other businesses he owned. Those businesses were shut down by the government. I have no idea how this person wound up in an industry that does so much good for underfunded high schools nation-wide..

Lets look at the facts presented by the false report:

1.
The report was written at 4:00 AM on a Sunday morning. We find it extremely hard to believe any high school athletic director or principal would feel the urge to post a report about us at 4:00 AM on a Sunday morning.
School officials work very hard and it just does not seem logical that they would desire to post this at 4:00 AM on a Sunday morning.

2.
The person who wrote the report refuses to state their name and what school they work for. They also refuse to provide us with a contract or any other piece of evidence showing that they in fact were contracted by us. If the purpose of this report was to make their community aware of us then it would be crucial to their complaint to include where they are located so they could warn their community members.

3.

They talk about our employee turnover. How would they have any idea about that? We do not have a high employee turnover at all. We employ 30-40 people and they all love their job and we have much respect for them. We provide a great work atmosphere and we are a very classy company.

4.

The false report was written from San Diego, CA. This is where our competitor is located as well.
The report claims they have worked with us for 2 years. We were only contracted with a single school in San Diego two years ago and the official who contracted us from that school was a male and not a female. This school was/is very happy with our service. Furthermore after doing extensive research through all of our files, we have never signed a contract with anyone named Suzanne ever.

5.

Our reputation is excellent.
If in fact this false report by our competitor was true, you would expect to see complaints about us all over the internet. There is not a single complaint on the internet about us besides this one. We are an accredited business by the Better Business Bureau with an "A" rating.

6.
They state that we take money from students. We have never taken a dime from any student. We dont take money from students. That is not how our business works and that is obvious just by looking at our website. The Truth is, we have given hundreds of thousands of dollars to high schools nationwide and will continue to assist them fill the void caused with all of the budget cuts in the public school system.

We are neither a scam nor a fraud in any sense of the word. We are a very reputable business who assists high schools and local business on many levels. This false report by our competitor could not be more untrue.

This situation is very unfortunate that a competitor would stoop to such low levels. This is not how businesses should operate when in competition with each other. It is in both parties best interest to have a mutually beneficial relationship. However, everyone in our industry is well aware of this competitors unreal and illegal tactics as well as criminal history.

If anyone would like to know exactly who this person is do not hesitate to give us a call and we will provide you with the information.

We hope all parties will do their research before considering this report to be accurate. Please contact the Better Business Bureau for more information about us as well. Please feel free to contact us at 866-558-1047 if you have any questions at all. Thank you for taking the time to read our 100% honest response.
