Complaint Review: Community Home Improvements

Paid $3500 for a painting job that was done poorly and incomplete. Cannot get the owner to come back, complete or refund money. It was a shoddy job done by two "painters" ....one was a tree trimmer and the other had so many personal problems he would not stay on the job. Wayne fired him. Nothing was covered properly or taped and caulked so cleanup has been a disaster. Paint was on hardwoods, tile, counter tops, furniture, and appliances.

They left with at least two full days of work undone (and we had to pay) and never returned. We have received and estimate from a professional of what it would cost to complete the job. $600 and that is not to redo any of his work but just to complete it so we can move back into those rooms.

We have called repeatedly, sent texts and he will not return calls. One the ripoff report that I just read he has at least two more addresses. Wish I had known about this site before hiring this con artist. I would like to have a full refund and that is what I deserve but I want this guy out of business. Instead he will just change his name and phone numbers and con more

unsuspecting and trusting folks.
