Community Honda Orland Park IL bought a used car with transmition problem, not disclosed and dealer refuse to fix it,ofer after 35 days back and forth to buy a back asking me to pay 2500 $ in usage and losse on their part>, Internet
I bought a used car and on a way home I knew obvious transmition problem, which was diagnosed by other experts, after month of serval attempts to resolve this issue dealer refused to take responsibility for selling a LEMON ,When I called the very next day informing them the car shakes, grind and get stock on gear and I dont feel safe to drive I was advice to towed back on my own expence. There gave me something so called "warranty" which means nothing. GM- Joe very arogant and rude, speaking very disgrading and intimidating told me- quote" YOU BOUGHT AN OLD CAR WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO.?"
The "we buyback warranty is a myth and misleading!! Here how this work:
HE DID OFER TO BUY THE CAR BACK -HERE IS THE TRICK!!!!!!!!-IN MY REFUND DUE TO THEM OF 2400$ AFTER ONE MONTH OF DRIVING THERE 6 TIMES.THIS IS THE COST OF ME USING THE CAR! their loses on loan pay off apriciation value. One thousand miles mostly to trips to the dealer back and forth since I live in different State.Besides the whole month they ware procrascynating and prolonging untill the finance company gave them money. Where is my refund for all stress they cause, time, my trips there lost days of work-gas,and inconvinience?
None of technical issues nor safety as a broken transmission train was disclosed in all documents they provide me with.Half documents including a 45 days warranty was presented by the time of purchase than never see any documents stating what exectly the warranty covers.I been told -not that-by GM -Joe
I worked with serval people Dan,Steve,Frank and many more people whos hands are tied and not able to help without GM aproval.

BEFORE buying it? Oh, you DIDN'T take a test drive....did you?
What does your WRITTEN warranty say is covered and for how long? O-o-o-p-s didn't get that either.
Sorry, THEY didn't Rip you Off, YOU ripped you off
I hope it all works out for you.
