The Organization is contracted with the South Central Los Angeles Regional Center, 640 West Adams Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA. , to provide care for the developmental disabled adults. They are a vendor company.

Working for this company and its hell. The environment is negative and unhappy. It is a hostile work environment. The owner, Rene, is extremely abusive to her employees and consumers and she uses racist expletives. In fact, her employees use racial expletives as well. Working for this company is similar to working on a plantation. The owner, Rene, who believes she is smarter than she is acts like she is a slave master and her Director is her head house slave, while her employees are her field slaves. All of her employees are scared of her, except me! I'm not afraid of her at all. She threatens her employees, demeans them, talks to them like dogs, curses at them and speaks to us with accusatory tones. It is a very hostile, abusive work environment.

Rene doesn't value anyone and that's why her client books, deadlines and paperwork is always incomplete. She doesn't understand that people don't respect those they fear and people who secretly don't respect you won't work hard nor go to bat for you either. She pretty much hires insecure, fearful, depressed or desperate people who will take crumbs for income, because they're in a bad space.  She plays on people's weakness, be it whatever it is, and she dangles their small underpaid checks before their eyes to keep them under her power. In fact, this company is the most underpaid vendor providing services for developmentally disabled folks. Regional Center pays a much higher salary.

This company profits close to a million dollars a year, therefore, the higher salaries she could be paying her employees is going into her pockets, so that she can buy fancy cars, and fancy furniture, to make up for being insecure about being uneducated. Speaking of being educated. Regional Center requires all people working with this population to possess a Bachelors, Masters degree or higher, yet the insecure owner of this company, Rene, and her goons are constanly put the educated folk down. They are constantly accusing us of feeling better than the next person who feels bad about being unachieved. All employees who are educated are abused and hated the most in this organization. Its ridiculous. This non profit does not offer benefits, nor health insurance to their full time employees, and no sick leave or vacation time for holidays. Even the regional center offers this to their employees, smh.

Also, consumers are not up to date with their Doctors appointments and their paper work in their client folders are incomplete. The consumers actually hate Rene. She does not respect anyone but expects respect in return. Rene is very ghetto,manipulative and conniving. She believes she is smart but she is simply not as smart as she thinks she is. She is just the sister of a former drug dealer ,with a buisness savy mind, hustler/street smarts with schemer thinking. She undermines people who are actually smarter, and choose to educate themselves because of it. She would benefit from communication skills classes. She actually turns her employees agianst one another because she fears they will come together and break free. Instead of working together in unsion , everyone is against their fellow colleague. Not smart!

Rene's non-profit is simply a stage prop. Her office space is clean, beautifuly decorated, and located in a nice area but dont be fooled by the looks of things. She hides behind the scenes while her educated employees do the communicating , negoiating and writing for her. Her non profit company violates many Regional Center codes and she pays the Director and other folks at the regional center under the table to pass her through when she is audited. She's even has her daughter dating the exceutive people's son's so that she remains in good standards with top people at the regional center. Is that smart or just  socipathic criminal, manipulative mentality?

This non profit is not about helping the developmentally disabled, but more so about getting a proft for her own self, and using people at their expense to do it, no matter what it takes, even if it means selling your soul to the devil. 

This company has no website nor email accounts for a reason.
