Received a letter from CMG in August A WEEK after making my regularl timely paymentl saying I did not pay my HOA dues.  I responded via e-mail and phone call with my bank statement.  I did not hear anything and received a bill AGAIN  now my. interest and fees doubled the amount due from $173 to almost $400 due.  I have email'd her with NO response  I double checked with my bank to check that all PAYMENTS cleared and they said "YES".

Beware of this "Community Management Group" in Goose Creek, SC.  Shoot, beware of ANYTHING managed by them.
