Complaint Review: Community Marketing Solutions

Well I don't know where to start.... Ummm I guess i should start off by saying that is the biggest scam i could have ever been involved in.. I have a very professional back groung, deciced i would try a career change, so i started my internet search, Hmm MARKETING i know about that dabbled with in it with my previous profession, ill try that. First Mistake!!!!

I call this sweet girl on the phone Kate, i tell her that i saw an add for a job posting, after a coulpe questions she tells me to be there at 11:30 on monday Great i think to my self.. Later that afternoon I get a text message conforming my app. and saying that dress is business... Im thinking cool this must be the real deal..

So i wake up monday and go to an interview, while sitting in the lobby i notice that there is a few people waiting in the lobby.... I wait my turn go back an have a short interview, hearing how impressive my reseme looks and I am the type of person the company was looking for.. WOW Im thinking im in.. get asked back the next day for a second interview , talked for a while, and went out with someone from a different office for a few hours to explain to people door to door about AT&T phone plans and head back to the office.. never at this point have i asked if this a door to door salesman job MISTAKE 2 because the dude im with has a suit on, and so did Im still thinking that this is just a small part of the office work, Beacuse i was told that AT&T was just cheking on existing coustomers to ensure happiness, I think i Can do that for all the perks that go with the job I learn threw that day.. I get back to the office and meet with a nice young dude Shawn Hogan Owner of cms. after a few questions and complemnts im offered a job and asked if i wanted to join along on a buisness trip to Tennesse for a week.. sure ill go i dont know anything about what you want me to do but i need to learn quick so no big deal..

Sunday 4:00 we leave for Tenessee im excited i got a new job looking foward to learnig a new trade as we gather im noticing the type of people im with un professional unorganized and not buisnessie.. now im starting to think??? 3 hours later (in my own truck with not a penny of gas money) we show up to a nasty crack house hotel ,groose is being nice.. after paying to feed my self for the 3rd day , getting treated like s**t, sleeping 4 strangers to a room, no ac in the room, and crack heads walking around all night, and walking as a door to door salesman for 8 hours a day, then getting bitched at if people sold more product than you, followed by a 45 year old black dude punching a 22 year old white kid in the face Im out!!!! The kid that got socked in the face and a sweet young girl drive home ( still without any fuel money or perdiem) Ive got a few things to say to Mr. Hogan....


PLEASE DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID this is not a professional business, this is a door to door salesman job with one man making comession off of everyone.. STAY AWAY, THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME, AND A HORRABLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR!!!!!
