Community Property Management Ripoff Robbing the Poor to give to the Rich!! Philadelphia Pennsylvania
On Monday the 24th of March I attempted to board the Septa 43 bus, but couldn't because my wheelchair became trapped in the grooves of the pavement. I was escorted on the bus by the busdriver and Mr. Glackin, a resident. On the 27th myself and Mr. Glackin went to Ms. Yarborough's office to inform her of the incident. Ms. Yarborough errattically yelled and screamed that
she was not trsponsible.
On the 28th of March I called Liscense and Inspections and Ms. James informed me that Ms. Yarborough is responsible I've had past dealings with this manager a crook.
