Dr. Lockhart vaccinated a twelve week-old puppy, while the puppy was on antibiotics from a previous visit to the hospital/ICU just two weeks prior, WHILE THE PUPPY WAS UNDER HER CARE. Because the vaccination of a puppy with a weakened immune system while on antibiotics, the puppy developed a virus that sent it back to the hospital/ICU for four nights.
