I purchased a Sony Viao computer system from Comp USA in December, 2003. I have had many problems with it. They blamed most on the software, which is not covered by warranty. Most recently it was printer problems. They did a complete system restoration and replaced a defective hard drive. Now it will not eject a CD. I have wasted many hours of my time, and had driving expense to and from the shop, not to mention headaches trying to get my work done. I have paid a lot of money for repairs that were not covered by warranty. I want a refund or replacement, but not another Sony. I will never buy another Sony product and will encourage others not to buy one either.
