We purchased a 42 inch Plasma TV last Jan. (2005) and were told that when a Plasma TV goes, they can't fix and the salesman suggested we purchase the TAP insurance.
That sounds great! Even though it was an additional $500.00, we purchased it thinking if we had a problem, they would take care of it. WRONG!

1 year later, we reported a red line straight down the center, they said someone would respond within 24 hours, great, except it has now been 4 days, 5 phone calls later and they have no idea when anyone will get to it. This was after I confirmed this with the supervisor, Jeff. He can not tell me when they will take care of it, so I now have a tv that is toast, paid good money for the TAP insurance and they can't even tell me when they will get around to servicing it or replacing it.
