CompactAppliance.com takes no responsibilty for their own mistakes, burdens customers instead Internet

1) place order of 10/2/03
2) two weeks goes by no delivery, paid for 3-5 day
3) call them the 10/16/03, they can't find it
4) called back 10/22/03, they inform me they don't have any more units and will have to wait till november
5) I call two days later to cancel order, come to find out, my order was shipped that day. I fight and fight finally get them to accept the fact they screwed up and will pay for my order return.
that was the end of last week.
6) Called 11/4/03 to figure out way it has not been picked up, they had the nerve to tell me that I would have to pay for the pickup, and that the "ordering of an incorrect appliance is my fault" I had it out with them and discovered that these customer service experts were looking at the wrong order.
7) They apologize and submit the paperwork to get the unit picked up.

This was a month of just complete BS on their part. At no time did they ever call me to inform me or porblems, and when I seeked to remedy the problem they place the burden on me, the customer, to fix their mistakes and it took way to much effort to get tehm to agree to pay for my return.
