Complaint Review: Company 1: Express Supplies and Construction; Company 2: Ultimate Delivery; Scammer individual: Terry Adams; Scammer's son: Jackson Dwilibergg Campbell

A scammer on SKYPE has contacted a friend of mine and has extorted money from her with lies which were not evident immediately because of his continual communication with her, gaining her trust. This went on for months, so when he fabricated that he was shipping his payment in gold, it appeared that he was telling the truth.

The other thing that seemed even more promising was that he used a delivery service online that actually allowed tracking of the shipment which made it appear to be true. Then there was a snag where a clearance had to be made as the shipment was stuck at customs in another country, which in this case was Turkey. With continual dialogue with the shipping company, it became apparent from some errors that this was a scam.

At that point, she confronted the scammer who tried to talk her into continuing their relationship. She said her final goodbye and deleted him from her SKYPE account. The following information is about this scammer:

His motto is "Inspired to achieve".

His birthday listed on Skype was "Tuesday December 04, 1956"
Language "English"
Sex "Male"

Profile pitch: "I am kind, caring with good sense of humour,always trying to give out my best and to live a better legacy behind..."

Some summary facts on this supposedly Terry Adams:

1) This person never knew how to spell the word "leave".
2) Has been very adamant to make the relationship permanent, pretty soon.
3) Likes to use the word pretty: "pretty soon" " pretty much better"
4) Used the following more than once: You make me feel loved, you make me feel safe, but more importantly, you make me feel wanted. We both knew our friendship would grow. But, neither one of us could begin to imagine the love we both feel, not exploding or thundering into our hearts, but just slowly growing into a beautiful relationship that only you and I can understand. You are my inspiration, and my love.
5) Signs his letters often as "Kind Regards, Terry Adams"
6) He speaks in poetic language and gives a nice air of romance to the relationship.

The photos he uses of himself probably is not himself. He is a white male who looks somewhat like Kevin Costner without hair. He is bald and handsome and has a friendly countenance. He is somewhere in his 50s. Has graying hair around the borders of his head, oval shape head. Has brown eyes or at least looks like it.

The first picture he sent is wearing a white shirt with a brown suit jacket, top shirt button open, no tie. He also uses this one on SKYPE.

The second picture is him dressed in a black suit jacket with white pants kneeling with his arm resting on his leg. He is wearing a brown, black and white designed tie with a white shirt.

The third and final picture is him wearing a blue T-shirt with arms folded leaning against a fence with some whiskers on his face and a tree in the background.

Terry claims he travels over the world shipping mining equipment from place to place and claimed to be currently in Dubai working. He claims he is also a civil engineer who gets contracts to build bridges worldwide. It took weeks before the mining equipment to finally arrive. And his next destination was to be in West Africa somewhere. He often claimed he was hospitalized and spent many times in the hospital throughout this episode with a possible bleeding ulcer, probably no doubt from lying, if there were any truth to this.  He has a HEAVY ACCENT and avoids using a webcam when spoken to. We think it sounds like a Middle Eastern accent.

An extravagant amount of money was required ( 4, 699.20) to pay the shipment fee. She gave them a lesser sum of money which they agreed on and it was sent to the following place:

IBAN NUMBER: AE220260000214594920301.

SWIFT/BIC CODE: EBILAEAD.

ADDRESS:

She was given a tracking number.

Please DO NOT CONFUSE this with EXCEL COURIERS, LTD in England. They are NOT the same.

Also, when I did a search on who lived at this address, 50 names came up, mostly Middle Eastern names and one name SUDDENLY disappeared off the list after my friend  de-friend Terry. The search for that address is at this link:

I notice there is one name at least missing. I dont remember exactly how it is spelled but it has an ending something like leem or something like that.wow, I wish I copied those previous names. Spelled something like Abdulaleem, Abdulhaleem, Abdulhameed, or Abdulmajeed something very similar. It has a double ee in the last segment of the name.

After continual communication with Ultimate Delivery about the fee, some errors cropped up and then my friend confronted Terry as a scammer and deleted him from her SKYPE.

After that EXCEL COURIER LIMITED disappeared off the Internet along with one Middle Eastern name on the street addressed mentioned above in Fullerton, California. However, so far Ultimate Delivery is still there, at least when I last checked.

Also my friend was getting other contacts from Lieutenants and Colonels on SKYPE, which stopped after she ended it with Terry. So, I believe they may be connected in some way.

Most of these men are middle aged but may change their age to be compatible to their set target. About 30% claim to have an only son of 12 years old or other ages where the child needs mothering.

I believe this is it for now.
