I have been a big fan of HP until my last purchase which was ridiculously atrociously foolishly stupidity I did. I should have never bought TX 2000 because of the existing problems with HP's older model of TX series which was TX 1000. Hoping that they would have improved the quality of their newer model, I gave it a chance.

I was sent a defective laptop to begin with and they would not exchange it for free within the first month of purchase. I was out my money for 3 months before I got to use the product. Anyway, my concern is that my TX 2000's screen went blank a couple of months back.

I had best buy look at it and a couple of other private computer geeks but the cost to fix the motherboard is somewhere 300-400 bucks. This is a ripoff that there are many people experiencing the same issue and HP would not address it. They should replace defective motherboards for free on all the computers that they sold knowing that there were flaws in them. I am pissed at HP and never buying it again unless "they themselves" do something about it.
