Complaint Review: COMPAQ Computers

We have experienced a very unplesant and unsatisfactory situation with COMPAQ. We feel they are ignoring the fact that they have hazardous equipment that could cause fires as well as create other potential risk and dangers. After correspondence with numerous employees and then top level excectutives we have basically been told go somewhere and pay someone to solve the problem, it is not under warranty.

If you or anyone you know have experienced any less than satisfactory treatment or handling by COMPAQ please contact us and provide all details. At this time we are determining if there are enough people with the same problem to pursue a class action.

Additionally we have accumulated a great wealth of information which we may be able to share with you to assist you in any action you should desire to take against them. We stress we are only seeking those with legitimate claims or problems with COMPAQ.
