Compass Bank Made 12 false claims of overdraft to collect over 410.00 from my account Spring Hill, Florida
Begining, June 1st 2004 Compass bank made several overdraft claims against my account which were false. Even according to their own paperwork those fees were not warented.
On June 7th They hit me with 6 more overdraft fees that had no reason. This begain a cycle which accumulated to over $400.00 in false bank fees to date.
I will be going to their main branch again on Monday, June 19th to stake my case one last time. I now have in my possesion proof (in their own documentaion) that their claims against my account are falsifyed and unjust.
This is not the first time they have done this to me. And I am not the only customer of theirs that has had this problem with them.

Hello there! I know what you mean I've had nearly $600 in NSF charges by Compass in the past 3 months. The last two times was completely their fault - they fixed it but now when it was an honest mistake on my part over a post-dated check that shouldn't have cleared for another week they gave me $385 of NSF charges two weeks ago. I'm still battling with them since it was over a small amount that downward spiraled into a big mess.

Please, send a breif letter of your situation to a state department guy that is going to investigate Compass.
