Complaint Review: Compass Volkswagen/Mazda

Compass Motors of Middletown, a VW and Mazda Dealer, is refusing to pay for advertising they purchased on WRRV radio.   The morning team of Deuce and Brandy, met with the management, did live testimonial commercials every morning on their radio program, went to the dealership and did a live broadcast from the dealership location,  and now the owner of the dealer claims that the advertising was never authorized...  The dealer management created the copy points for the scripts, monitored the commercials every day, and also asked for copies of the commercials on cds, and now they are claiming that the advertising was not authorized and they refuse to pay for it !
