Complaint Review: Competitive Edge Research

Competitive Edge Research does political and special interest surveys for predominently Republican customers. Competitive Edge conducts its surveys very unprofessionally, thereby invalidating the surveys themselves. It uses discriminatory hiring practices, using felons and active gang members on its staff.

Hiring the handicapped is a laudable business practice, but Competitive Edge uses these persons to intimidate and coerce its competitors and employees. Competitive Edge uses skewed survey results to influence political decisions and practices continuously, the recent California recall election as an example. The surveys that Competitive Edge conducts are very costly, and a customer would conceivably wish his or her money's worth from Competitive Edge. They never get it.
