This place is a BIG RIP OFF, STAY AWAY! They tell you an initial low price to get you in, then upon looking at your car they start finding a lot of different problems, then the price suddenly increases by 300 or more dollars. I was initially told it would be only 49.95 to do a tune up of my car. I was told this multiple times over the phone before I went to the shop and when I got the the shop I asked them again, would it be only 50 dollars.

They again said yes. It has now been 4 hours since I dropped my car off, and I get a call from them saying that several things are leaking from the vehicle and that there isn't really a problem with the spark plugs but they will replace them anyway. I asked them to only replace the spark plugs because I wanted to take the car to another place for a second opinion on all the other issues they stated. They at that point told me that it would not be 49.95 for the tune up, that there is a 99.99 charge for one thing and another 50 for another. They said now that the 2007 Mitsubishi Endeavor which I have and told them I have several times before they took the car, was not under the "coupon" price of the 49.95. I told them at this point that they could not just raise the price, that they had to follow what they quoted especially since I verified the price with them several times. This place is a complete rip off. Furthermore, if you look at the names on this review and
compare them to the names on other reviews like in citysearch and google, they are the same names, saying the same things, meaning that they are most likely the employees or some marketing person has tried to make them look better
