After paying $39.90 for this service, a page is provided to enter a first name, a last name and a date of birth. If I had a date of birth I would not have needed this service. My search included many names, with ages provided, but no state or county. I chose one name that was close to the right age and the information I received was the first and last name I had entered and the fact that this person had a DUI. For an additional $80.00, I could do a more extensive search and receive more information.

I immediately called my credit card company and asked them to not pay the charge, which was pending at the time I called. They said they would not pay for 30 days.

I e-mailed this company and asked for a refund and my e-mail provider sent a message that the e-mail had failed and was not delivered.

Before paying for this service, the page provided to enter information included the state and county and my search results included two names at the age I assumed would be the person I was seeking. As stated above, after paying, I received less information than before paying.

After reading one of the reports on ripoffreport I contacted Clickbank and they were very professional and have refunded my money, as of March 4, 2009.
