As we all know in the Flower Mound Area, Gary Ross, the owner of a now defunct pool construction company called Outback Design closed his business leaving behind our families with not only unfinished projects that we paid for already, but also he never paid his subcontractors who have now placed mechanics liens on our homes.

In an interview of Mr. Ross by Sara Blaskovitch, Mr. Ross has the nerve to admit to having ran a "ponzi scheme", under pricing of his pools to get cash flow for a failing business in which he knew he would never be able to finish the 25-30 projects he had underway. Mr. Ross went so far as to order the issuing of over 200K in hot checks near the end to keep his little thiefdom going. He then attempted to blame his book keeper for that, she is now a cooperating witness against Mr. Ross in a criminal investigation by the Flower Mound Police and the Denton County District Attorney's Office Special Crimes Unit.

The DA's Office has assured numerous victims of Mr. Ross that as soon as they finish pouring over Mr. Ross's bank records they will arrest him and ask a federal task force to also look at his actions.

In the mean time it seems possible that another company in the Dallas Texas area is allowing Mr. Ross to either work for them or operate under their name which is COMPLETE LANDSCLUPTURE, it seems that at Mr. Ross's old Business office they have put up a sign that says "Complete Landsculptures", but if you call information and ask for the number of Complete Landscluptures in Flower Mound on Long Prairie Rd. they connect you and a recording says"
Wellcome to the OUTBACK!!!", Oh...it gets better, if you push the button which connects you to their receptionist..who do you get?? Monique....she was Mr. Ross's receptionist under the name Outback Designs...folks, something stinks here for sure, we already knew that Ross and Outback stunk, so now lets see how bad Complete Landsculptures reeks.

If you go to their website and browse thru their news letters they welcome a new member to their staff---DAVID DELUCIA, Supervisor of Landscape Care, he is not only an ex employee of Outback, but also one of Mr. Ross's few friends, if you want a reference on him contact L. Wacker on Simmons Rd. in Flower Mound, he planted about 25 cedar trees at that location, almost everyone died and he refused to warranty them. Typical Outback Design reaction--none. Its apparent that Outback Design is now Complete Landscluptures!!

This posting is in response to the consumer comment posted in June of 2008, concerning the quality of work which Complete Landsculpture delivers.

Our reputation is of utmost importance to our company and we would like to take a moment to clear up the misunderstanding in our association with Gary Ross, Outback Design and David Delucia.

In regards specifically to what has been mentioned in the posting below we would like to note our facility is located in Dallas, Texas and neither Gary Ross nor David Delucia are employees of Complete Landsculpture. The author of this report complains about another company Outback Design not Complete Landsculpture.

Mr. Ross was, and never has been, an owner or manager of Complete Landsculpture. Mr. Delucia was never associated with Outback Design, was in fact a landscape maintenance consultant with Complete Landsculpture but is no longer employed with our company.

Complete Landsculpture did purchase some assets of Outback Designs, including an office lease, but the Design Facility located in Dallas was far too spectacular for employees to be house anywhere else. Our corporate office, where the design center is positioned, provides tools and resources as well as a beautiful setting in which our employees work. The move had nothing to do with financial strain; in fact our annual sales surpass all expectations set for this year.

I know Dave Delucia and know him to be of good character. My understanding is that he worked for only a short time at Outback Design.

He does work for Complete Land Sculpture, they are currently going through hard times, have laid people off and have yet to staff the old Outback office which they took over in January.
