Career crooks who have operated a number of shell companies to dodge the authorities and fool the public. Shlomo Perez aka "Sean" and Haim Shiri aka "Jeff", have ripped off countless homeowners and subs under a dozen or more shell compnaies. Just do a search on All Stars Remodeling, Worldwide Construction, Diamond Builders, Brinmar Construction, US Stone Services, etc. Here is the scam: They purchase names from Homeadvisor and aggressively telemarket via a bolileroom asking to come give a bid. They come to your home, show a license and insurance appearing to be legit. Then hard sell you offering "sign now" discounts. They turn around and sub to unskilled hacks who are desperate for work and do not pay them until the job is done. So you end up with unskilled people rushing through a job un-supervised just trying to get paid. The end result is always the same with these scumbags, shoddy work and an angry homeowner.
If you find this and are considering taking a chance on them.. Don't.. Consider this, usually good contractors work off refferals alone and you generally have to wait for them. If they were any good they would not be in a rush to get started and they certainly would not have to keep creating shell companies.
There is good reason why these repeat offenders keep changing the name of thier company to fool the over-worked bureautic CSLB and public alike. They post fake reviwes and generally prey on the elderly.
