This is supposed to be an apartment approval company and you have to fill out an application first for $50 based on their criteria before they say that they can help you. If they approve your application for the program, then you pay $250, you get approved then you pay the other $250. The problem is, that I did not sign up for is that on my initial application all of my information was true and correct and the second place that I chose, because the first apartment they wasted time not keeping in contact with the complex, they ended up renting it while my application was pending...the second complex informed me that there were two different social security numbers being used and I had no ideal that this was how they were proposing to get me approved because the day after they turned my application in with the property I went down there and gave them hard copies of my DL, SSN card, and my proof of income.

A week later I called to get the status and the complex informed me of the different SSN being used and this is totally unacceptable. So this is the scam that they are using, as well as a different phone # and address in which you will no nothing about. Totally a fraud and kept my monies for all of this mayhem. All communication via emails and text contained alot of confusion and mistakes to be a company, the kind of my mistakes that they are not professional enough to go back and correct. I have saved all corresponding emails and text messages. Also, they are BBB accredited, not inmy book, but this helped me determine if I should use them or not. They have a refund policy, if you are not approved, but they kept $150 out of $300 as if they did something to deserve $150. I was not approved out of two apartments because of thier faulty business practices.

The same thing just happened to me. The apartment denied me because they had not heard from me in 4 days (complexapprovals). I called to reinstate the application, the lady agreed and said that she will do it just this one time. She said I needed 3 months of Bank statements and 4 pay check stubs. I provided the information.

Noticing on my account an address i do not recgonize and a job i never worked for but i made $2500 a month there.

I am now stuck with a 9 week old baby living out of my suv and no where to go. I asked that the find a different apartment they want to charge me $100 to apply somewhere else. I barely have the money to pay everything.

They say I cant get my money back unless i get declined 3 times, mean while I am just gonna be in my suv chilling. Thanks a lot complex approvals

Please note that we did not use a fake social on your application. We used our company's credit file number and business address. You were actually approved for the apartment lease but said that the deposit was too high. We have proof from the leasing office showing that you were approved and received a Welcome Home letter. Also, we refunded you partially, even though the service agreement and refund policy that you signed prior to receiving service showed that you were not eligible for a refund.

We have amazing reviews of our services on our BBB profile, as we are accredited and do not ever wish to rip off anyone.
