Same M.O. as others previously attested. "Randomn Digit Dialer" (Computer Generated), Callback via caller ID and receive message to go to their website to stop calls. On website only two slots exist (one for name and other for your home number).

The only reason for this is to compile phone list (name now matched to # dialed) and can be sold to companies requiring numbers for specific geographic demographic. I suspect only numbers called are unlisted, or numbers not listed in public data base.
