Recieved letters in July and August 2018 from Compliance Poster Service implied I'd be fined $17,000 for non-compliance if I didn't remit my $94 for posters?? Yes, there is a one sentence disclaimer at the bottom of the page explaining CPS is a non-goverment agency. This level of goverment agency doesn't sell posters nor do they send threatening letters just to get your money.

Alarmingly, I just started my house cleaning business and I dont have even ONE employee yet, but I sure do have relentless money hounds wanting my business! I smell a scam? Spidey senses are definately tingling. Seems potentially fruadulant how they use legit wording to trap you into sending money to them.

Equally alarming, their only contact info seems to be a random Indianapolis, Indiana address. A Google search of Compliance Poster Service leads you to a low-level webpage with stock photos? My 10 year old could do better!!  However I wonder what the "real" government agencies/persons responsible for legistaion/orginal content of those posters would say about their copywritten material cut and pasted into a "legit-looking" document fo the purpose of trapping consumers into a never ending payment/sales scheme? VERY shady. Seems like possible mail fruad, plagerism, and deception at the very least. Consumers Beware! Legit poster printing companies exist, but this is NOT one of them.
