On 10/4/2007 I purchased from door-to-door salesmen representing Compliance 4 Less, various combo posters and materials in order to comply with the then current Federal and CA state workplace posting requirements at my office. Some of the purchased items were determined shortly thereafter as unnecessary to meet those obligations, and in accordance with the 30-day return policy of the sellers receipt, I requested and received return instructions from a company rep. via phone (10/16.2007). On request, I also faxed copies of the purchase receipt promising a full refund for returns made 30-days after the purchase. The items were shipped on 11/06/2007, but due to an unannounced change of the designated recipient address, delivery of the items for return could not take place until 12/11/207.

Since that time, I have not received the any refund, even though I have repeatedly discussed the matter with various customer reps., refaxing the receipt, packing list, and proof of delivery for the goods as requested. The company representatives have not said that they wouldn't issue a refund, but has repeatedly attempted to delay issuing the refund, and today (2/12/2008), reported that the refund was in-process, but would be $140, less than the full refund promised by another rep. (Bisi); at a date 4-6 weeks past February 5, 2008. The disputed amount (the amount due for refund of the returned goods) is $160.47, and I am seeking the immediate refund of this amount.
