We were contact by this company to order some parts for an insurance repair job. When they received the parts at their vendor, Maltrese Auto, they claimed they were the wrong ones and requested additional parts. We shipped them the correct parts and when we requested they returned the first order, they claimed they already had. Neither CIS or Maltrese Could not provide a tracking number or any supporting documents. Finally they simply told us to "Hire and attorney" if we wanted the parts returned. We now question if the first order was in fact wrong. We cannot hire an attorney for a 3K loss, but we were cheated, lied to and taken advantage of by this outfit. Beware of doing business with them on any level.
