compressionsale.com RIPOFF COMPANY, Deceitful return practices, poor customer service! AVOID!!! Vernon Hills Illinois
This is not about doctors, it is about a healthcare product, compression stockings. There was no way to select medical product.
They have a very deceitful return policy, you have only 15 days to return for credit card credit from date of ORDER but they don't even ship for 8-10 days after the order, so you're basically screwed and are only offered a store credit or exchange PLUS they charge you $6.95 for 'free shippping' even if you, as did I, keep another pair of stockings in the original order. They also charge 15% minimum restocking, so basically you're screwed if you open the package to try them. On trying to contact by live chat email and on the phone found extremely rude and unprofessional employees who lectured me about readin the return policy. What I should have done was read all the negative reviews. There are a ton. So many in fact that a petition was started to have them removed from Google Search for poor business practices. And they have a D+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. Yeah. Learned my lesson this one. Here's the link to the petition.
