When I went to the Eastwood Expo Center 12-22-10 to get a new laptop, a man speaking broken english approached me to make the sale. Every computer on the tables said they carried a one or two years warrenty, so I trusted them. I picked out the computer I wanted and he said for another $35.00 or so he would install a card so I could use it ANYWHERE. I said "ANYWHERE" ? aND HE SAID, yES "ANYWHERE." He also said he was going to put a couple of anti-virus programs in it for free. (I didn't know this, but I could've gotten one off of the internet for free) . When I said o.k. he said I would have to give him 25 minutes to box it up. When I went back to get my computer, he said I would have to charge it for 48 hours, so I did. After charging it for 48 hours, it DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!! Also ther is no back on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This computer has got to be 10 or 15 years old! I was supposed to be able to meet with the manager this morning, but of course they are not answering my calls, or calling me back! Hhmmmm what to do????????

The first problem here is that you obviously no nothing at all about computers or the internet, or any "technology", so you should have taken someone with you that did.

You opened the door to be ripped off.

Second, I refuse to deal with anyone who speaks broken English. I am an English speaking American, in the United States of America. I want to be able to understand whom I am dealing with in my own country.

Now I am confused. You "went to the Eastwood Expo Center to get a new laptop".

What was this? Some kind of computer show? A flea market? What?

So, WHY did you leave with a "10-15 year old laptop" that was used??

Do not know anything about wireless cards? Do you know the difference between Wi-Fi and Broadband? Obviously not. This is why you should not shop alone for something you know nothing about.

More information for the computer illiterate here. You NEVER run more than 1 anti-virus program at a time on any computer. Pick one. Stay with it. Keep it updated.

This guy saw you coming! He sold you an old, outdated computer with a dead battery.

Here's another hint for you. NO computer needs to be charged for 48 hours before use. NONE.

Are you like 12 years old or something? How gullible are you?

I have somePRIME swampland I want to sell. Interested?
