 served many years with company only for them to treat you with disrespect and cheat both myself and the customer they served. Nice to say since this time they have lost contract. Managers over the years were incompetent and many fellow associates tried HR with no help from them. Hiring practices were mostly external instead of promoting within. In retrospective for the customers they did show care in improvement or resolving customers requests keeping in mind that customers come first not their WIN/WIN motto mostly giving minimum service for most profit. Some experiences that have been bad is the company cheats their figures and made associates lie on forms to make things appear good when they are not. I have seen new associates hired with no technical background given job opportunities before seasoned experienced associates making the service level horrible and better associates quit because of it. If a business is looking to hire this company for technical support they need only to check out the over 200+ reviews at glassdoor.com. This company also has been sold several times by investment firms. Bad company that i hope one day someone sues them back to texas
