In Mr. Bodimeade's Defence

#3UPDATE EX-employee responds

Wed, October 29, 2008

In response to the clown who filed a complaint in regards to Gary's business practices. I too am an ex-employee of Mr. Bodimeade and I too feel I was wrongfully dismissed but sometimes life treats you unfairly.

In regards to Gary's business practices I must ask...were you always paid on time and in full? Does Mr. Bodimeade currently owe you money for services rendered? I doubt it!!! Regardless of the manner in which you were paid by this company, cash, cheque or eggs in a basket I am sure that you are owed nothing. Furthermore, where, who or how Mr. Bodimeade ships his producs is quite frankly, none of your concern.

I worked for Gary for quite some time and during this time I worked hard and was always rewarded for doing so. While reading your report it became painfully obvious that your command of the english language leaves something to be desired and perhaps was in part the reason for your dismissal.

In closing I would like to add that Gary's understanding for peoples personal affairs were admirable, his "family comes first" philosophy was greatly appreciated. Mr. Bodimeade's generosity and friendship, I miss. I was disappointed when my services were no longer required but you have to move forward. Hopefully, since posting your report you have found other employment, maybe delivering Sears catalogues or a paper route in your neighborhood.

Regards, Ed

SOUR EX-EMPLOYEE

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, December 18, 2007

We are a legit company that has been in business for 10 years.

All employess are paid on the books and all corporate taxes and forms are up to date and current.

This is a simple case of an ex-employee with bad feelings and attitude due to lack of progrestion and advancement within Compuquest2000. We wished Dean all the sucess and appreciated his efforts (or there lack of) while he was here.

He was given ample opportunity but unfortunatly due to the lack of common sense and the English lanuage was unable to keep up with the high pace of the computer industry. He was more suited for other work in a more entry level feild.

It was unfortunate that he reacted the way he did but can also understand why he is still looking for work. I would warn other employers of the same type of attitude and would not recommend his services.

We have over 200 customers worldwide and would glady provide references upon request. You may also with to contact any of our 15+ employees with questions as to how they are treated.

Best Regards,

Gary Bodimeade
