I bought some of their overpriced RAM about a month ago, the only reason I did was because after rebates it was marked down to about what I would pay for it online. So I bought it. Well I am just getting around to doing the rebates, which is 22 days after I bought it. Apparently after reading the fine print it said I could only get the rebate if I paid for them to install it (who doesnt know how to install RAM?) and then the rebate would just refund the install fee. They should have advertised it as free installation, but they misled me, the salesmen knew I intended to install it myself. This was after the idiot sold me the wrong RAM for the rebate and I had to drive an hour back to the store to exchange it. So I call up the store and the manager says they will give me a refund, so I go in there two days later and they tell me they cannot refund it because CompUSA is closing all the stores in Michigan and everything is being liquidated. Noone at corporate will answer the phone, this is ridiculous. I filed a dispute on my CompUSA credit card and my VISA, this company can rot in hell, going out of business is what it deserves.
