Complaint Review: COMPUSA

COMPUSA Refused to accept rebate. Notified me via email that I had sent the wrong UPC from the box. Greenville South Carolina

I purchased from COMPUSA a Logitech mouse which had an advertised rebate. I submitted the rebate but it was refused because of the "wrong" UPC. I returned to the store, shgowed him the Logitech box off his shelf and asked him to show mw where the two UPCs were. Since all there is, is one... he could only smile.

I really don't want to hold my breath for this rebate (since it ain't never gonna come), but wanted to pass this "rip-off" to all the other COMPUSA reports I note on this website.
