CompUSA ripoff, Will not hornor 5 Year Tap in Home Repair and Service of Computer System mistreated and ripped off Orlando Florida
In December of 1997, I purchased a FIVE Year comprehensive IN - HOME Service and repair contract from CompUSA, A few months ago I needed service and repair of the system, I have made several calls and been ignored, with promises, that never was followed up.
I took the system to the CompUSA store, and was given a run around, from We do not sell 5 year service contracts any more. to You purchased the unit in Georgia, and not you live in Florida we did not sell you the system.
I feel since CompUSA does business across state lines this company should be forced to honor the agreement.
The system is a HP 8180, they said since its so old they doubt weather it can still be services.
I expect them to restore his system to as good as better than the day I purchased it as I paid good money for this if I needed it.
