Complaint Review: Computadoras Rey & Rey

Me cobraron 1,200 pesos para arreglar la pantalla de mi laptop que estaba parpadeando y me dijeron que tenia 6 meses de garantia como esta escrita en mi factura. Un mes despues ya mi pantalla estaba parpadeando de nuevo de la misma forma. Volvi y la repararon. Un mes despues ya estaba parpadeando de nuevo y esta empresa me dijo que mi garantia solo era de 1 mes y me botaron de su tienda sin arreglar la pantalla. 

Este negocio hace fraude, no tienen servicio de cliente y toman dinero como no es nada y prometen hasta la luna, pero cuando su servicio no funciona y vas a la tienda a solucionar el caso, no le importa y no honra su garantia. Yo tuve que ir 3 veces porque el trabajo que hicieron de reparacion no funciono y aunque dice mi factura que tengo 6 meses de garantia ellos no honraban la garantia y me dijeron que solo hay garantia de 1 mes. No son decentes, son ladrones. No pierdan su dinero en esta tienda. Ahora mismo estoy llenando formularios para denunciar y demandar la tienda en la sabana larga no 49 y a la direccion registrada de los directores en la calle mazoneria no 101 y su gestor Alvin Gendrys Noboa Mendez y el titular Yadira Giselle Polanco Matos. Yo se que han quedado mal con otra gente tambien. Estare creando una en FB, IG, Twitter y una pagina del web para que nos juntemos y hablemos de este negocio mientras protegemos el publico.

I was charged 1,200 pesos to fix the screen of my laptop that was blinking and I was told that I had a 6 month warranty as written on my bill. A month later my screen was blinking again in the same way. He returned and repaired it. A month later I was already blinking again and this company told me that my warranty was only 1 month and I was thrown out of their store without fixing the screen.

This business does fraud, they do not have customer service and they take money as it is nothing and they promise until the moon, but when their service does not work and you go to the store to solve the case, it does not care and does not honor your guarantee. I had to go 3 times because the repair work did not work and although my invoice says that I have 6 months warranty they did not honor the warranty and I was told that there is only 1 month warranty. They are not decent, they are thieves. Do not waste your money on this store. Right now I am filling out forms to denounce and sue the store in the long savannah no 49 and the registered address of the directors in the street mazoneria no 101 and its manager Alvin Gendrys Noboa Mendez and the holder Yadira Giselle Polanco Matos. I know they have been wrong with other people too. I will be creating one in FB, IG, Twitter and a web page so we can get together and talk about this business while protecting the public.
