Computechnologies Dell Parts N Moore, www.thesupportcenter.us Charged $120 more then what was presented at checkout Internet, Internet
I ordered this part http://www.computechnologiesinc.com/store/proddetail.php?prod=UW953. The total at checkout was 86.00 or so....Never got a reciept or email. I was looking at my credit card statement and noticed a 200 dollar plus charge. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, but they refused to remove i authorized the original payment for 86.00. The credit card company gave me their phone number, which more or less tells you if you want support you have to go to www.thesupportcenter.us. When you get to support...you more or less have to waive all implied contractual rights in order to get to customer service support ticket system. One condition of reaching support is having to agree to not get a refund....
$89 - $200 is quite the markup, and very disappointing. Now i'm out of luck i guess?
I have a support ticket open with them right now will update this according to their actions

This company is a scam. The entity computertechnologiesinc is no longer in business or reachable per the BBB. File a dispute/chargeback on your credit card. Show them all of the rip off reports filed here under Compu Technologies Computechnologies dellpartsnmore and computerpartsnmore. Same company same scammer. Also, keep an eye on your credit card for false charges from other companies. At least 5 other people reported additional charges from other companies right after doing business with this scammer. Be prepared also for the scamming owner to send you a nasty letter threatening to send you to collections. He cannot report you to the credit bureau if in fact it was a scam and this is. You have two choices (1) pay and let it go if you just don't want to screw around and fight it or (2) fight it - and be prepared to spend some time and energy doing it. Check out RoR # 737342 and the weblinks filed by that poster on his experience with the very same company. You can use this in defense of any attempt to report this on your credit files. The package MAY arrive after you file the dispute. Make sure to refuse delivery. The way this company operates is they hope you don't look at any of their policies and then as you have found in order to get support you have to suddenly now "click to agree" to basically get screwed. Don't do it. Good luck.
