I Paid for what should have been a NEW laptop battery.  They emailed me & said product would be shipped within 3 days of purchase.  2 weeks later nothing.  I opened a support ticket asking where my product was.  They responded saying that I gave a P.O.Box for address & that was reason for delay, of course they NEVER tried to contact me to say that. 

My billing address is a P.O.Box, but I gave them a physical address for shipping, their email even stated that product was being sent to physical address.  I added this info to support ticket.  They blocked my IP address from their support site and that is when I realized they had no answering phone number, email or any other way to contact them. 

When product did show up, a MONTH from purchase it was sent to my P.O.Box, which they told me they do not ship to.....Upon opening of package the product was visibly used, and if fact was inoperable. No where on their site do they state ANYTHING close to the fact that they sell USED junk for a premium price. 

WATCH OUT!!! They will take your money and DO NOT care about you! 

Thank you Wells Fargo for getting my money back from these LOSERS!

If you losers want your battery back, get me a REAL address and I will gladly ship it back, postage due...;-)

You're reply has convinced me to not purchase the mobo I was looking at. Thank you for making my decision easy. Just reading the original report I would have thought about it, but your reply speaks a lot of how you treat your customers.

You wonder why this person got banned from our site. Look at the way this person conducts themselves. It states clearly about 3-4 times that we only ship to the billable address of the credit card statement, this person goes on and says ok lets break your company policies and ship it elsewhere.

The only reason why you get your IP address blocked from the site is by making threats, using vulagar language, or any other type of unprofessional behavor. So you got blacklisted from the site it was all based on your behavior. No one shoudl or would tolerate it, no one. Just read what this person wrote here and conducts himself. It should just explain it all.

We have no phone number...if we had no phone number then how did you mysteriously put it up on this report. Another thing, you claim to have a PO Box and it was sitting there, stupidity. Website states 4 times we ship to the billable address only, you knew you placed a PO Box address, gee didnt 1 of the 2 IQ points you have register that it went to the PO Box, a month later and you find it there. What an idiot!

You openly admit that your in possession of the product, have the money back, sounds like a clear case of mail order fraud on your part. This is going to be forwarded over to a collection agency thats for sure!
