Ok lets see, lack of facts?

We have the police report, the officers name from that and an officer calling you a con-artist.... what more do we need to know the lack of morals or integrity.

Lets also address you physical threats to the employee you refused to pay right in front of the officer also in this report.

Then we address the fact that its in the report you admitted to not paying said employee for no reason yet you have the money to waste on other things for yourself, curb painting that does not even have your company name spelled right (Very funny, did you do this yourself ^-^) and to pay all other employee's?

You have a Marana Business Lic, would you like the pictures of it posted in your store put up for you? We have them no problem.

How about the book with employee's name for all cash deals and all cash transactions that are not reported to the IRS? We have copies of that book to (You really did not think that something an employee signed he would not keep copies of did you? Not to mention the others who are happy to cite witness to that book and the transactions.)

Then add in the fact you spent every other day blaming your partner for theft only to find yourself wrong yet you accused him to customers and employee's like it was nothing (Where's your integrity and morals?)

These are just basic examples.

Not paying an employee

Slandering an employee

Not reporting employee and cash purchases or sales to the IRS

Operating in Tucson, AZ without the proper business lic.

Operating in the City of Tucson without a Certificate of Occupancy. (Another fun one you have been reported for, wait till you get the fee to make your bathroom ADA and the front ADA Accessible, you will now be known as the person who did this to everyone in that strip mall... something tells me no one is going to like you there.)

Then we add in your Sexual harassment charge now for someone you tried to get drunk and force yourself on over New Years, that sounds like an honorable thing to do.

Everything is reported to the police and on file, please tell me where the lack of facts are?

Your quick replies with no bases show nothing other then someone who is still trying to cause problems out of nothing other then Ego and Personal Aggression.

Mr. Kauffman, your actions to create problems for other companies will only reflect on your lack of integrity and morals.

-You owe an employee over 800.00 now you have to go to court for that and pay out triple the amount in the end. (Mind you your partner paid him off and everything was fine until you had to have a cop tell you that there was no theft and you are a con artist.

-Spend almost 15,000 to bring your business up to ADA Standards and force other stores to do the same.

-Lie to the Property Owner who is now losing business and will most likely loose others on top of losing money with the ADA Inspections all due to your actions (This is what thinking of money and only yourself causes, remember those conversations of things can't just be business you have to have morals?)

-Argue with a Tucson Police Officer because you did not get what you wanted.

-Continue to not pay an employee because of your Ego.

-Continue to Slander said employee to other people because your Ego was bruised by the thought you might have to pay an employee on time instead of ignoring them and there phone calls before all this happened(How dare they expect you to pay them for the work they have done for you!!).

Please Steve, you created a huge problem because you thought you could control people but the sad thing is that at 55 years old you still think as a child would over someone taking his favorite toy.

Good Luck Mr. Kauffman, it seems your business will be losing much more funding with the time going further.

We did hear you finally removed all the pirated OS's and Software but we hope you got a hold of all those customers who you serviced with OS Installs. It will be very interesting to see what happens when they are all looked at.

This disgruntled employee continues to demonstrate a fallacious and disreputable character. There is little to no truth to any of his statements and therefore they do not merit a reply other than to warn any perspective employer the meddlesome nusiance he could be as an employee.

As stated above please see the following Police Report made by the Officer from the City of Tucson:

Steve Kauffman had nothing stolen and his business partner Gave the Laptops with a Written Agreement.

He argued with the Officer that it was theift and the Officer told him he was an idiot.

Now Steve has been reported to Microsoft for Software Piracy.

He has Action Pending with the IRS now as he has been reported to them.

He has also been reported to the City of Tucson for not having a Tucson Business Lic or Certificate of Occupancy.

He has been reported to the Marana Officals for using a Marana Business Lic in the City of Tucson.

He has been reported by Two Employee's so far for refusing to pay them. (To the Labor Board)

He is pending a Lawsuit for the refusal to pay one of those employee's as well as a personal lawsuit from that person as well.

He is pending a Lawsuit from Cyber-Lan PC Computer Centers as well.

Again Be careful when dealing with this individual. He has also just been reported by a staff member of Cyber-Lan for Attempted Sexual Assualt on New Years.

This is a disgruntled former employee who was fired for theft of two laptops because agreement was not made with store owner. A lawsuit is pending against this complainant.
